Produced exclusively from Grechetto Gentile grapes, these are selected and harvested entirely by hand. Characterized by a pale straw yellow colour, the nose opens with an elegant aromatic and slightly fruity bouquet. On the palate, it is delicate and fresh. An abundance of foam with a fine and persistent pearlage.
 
Excellent to serve during aperitifs. Light appetizers of fish and salads, or in combination with delicate and fresh fish second courses.
