Symposium

A characteristically dry Aleatico, this summery red has notes of pepper, mulberry, cherry and fragrant minerality. Fresh yet savoury in the mouth, this satisfyingly fruity and acidic wine is excellent when served slightly chilled. The ancient volcanic soils have produced a wonderfully spicy red.
