The new vintage of this delicious red has more depth and intensity than previous years, which gives it a more opulent feel. The texture is smooth, with a subtle salty twang from the mediterranean. It's delicious freshness balances the richness and makes it a very classy red wine. The terroir and local pine and scrub are captured in the glass and bound up with delicious red fruits, notes of wild herbs and that lovely savoury saltiness on the finish.
