A minimal intervention, organic white wine full of character; gently weighty with flavours of tropical fruits, citrus and stony minerality. Macerated briefly on the skins, leading to a wine with a broader backbone profile and deeper flavours.  Being so fresh on the palate, fresh seafood is a wonderful pairing to this Italian wine.
