Tenute Dettori is one of the most exciting realities of Sardinia. An extremely serious company, it guarantees that all the phases of the production of the wine, from the care of the vineyards to the bottling, take place in a natural way, with the minimum human intervention. You will not find barriques in the cellar, only cement vats in which the wine, without adding sulfur, selected yeasts or chemical agents of any kind, makes its way to the bottle, without clarifications or filtrations. It is a completely homemade and natural wine.
