Wild elderflower is picked from the hills around Asti, Piedmont. This beautifully fragrant liqueur is produced according to a traditional recipe in which elderflower is infused in alcohol alongside Iris root and other spices. After a period of infusion, the elderflower is pressed, after which water and sugar are added to create the resulting liqueur.
A delicate elderflower liqueur which is soft, sweet and floral.
