Smoked Burrata is a pasta filata cheese with a softer and creamier consistency. It is hand-procesed by filling th pasta filata sachet with a creamy stuffing made of mozzarella ribbons and cream (stracciatella). The smoking procedure is made by using the wood of beech trees. Pasteurized cow's milk.
