The Tornai "F" was created to offer drinkers a modern fruit driven example of Furmint. Early harvesting ensures good acidity and helps to retain fruit freshness, creating a vibrant light wine. A very modern style of furmint. On the nose you get fresh pear and peach with minerality. It is very rich on the palate, full of tropical fruit, floral, a touch of minerality and great acidity.
 
 
 
Great as an aperitif, also works well with salads and light starters. Makes a good match for asian inspired dishes.
