This Malvasia is slightly aromatic marked by very gentle chamomile aromas. There is a floral elegance as well. Acidic yet delicate on the palate, it has a nice textural balance.
It pairs with fish-based main dishes, fish-based pasta or rice dishes, as well as raw fish and sushi.
