Very light ruby in colour, although this wine may be light in body, it certainly does not lack in flavour. Earthy vegetal notes play with fragrant dark red fruits. Very juicy and very fresh, this is best served slightly chilled with woody, roast vegetables such as squash and wild mushrooms.
