Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. All grape varieties are macerated with their skins for about 15 days, in wooden containers. The must is fermented with native yeasts and remains on its fine lees for twelve months in 550-litre wooden barrels and 15 to 20-hectolitre stainless steel tanks. Blood Orange, peaches, some vegetal notes from the Sauvignon, and the unmistakable complex aroma from Malvasia. Fresh, elegant, perfectly balanced, and medium on the palate with a signature finish: an explosion of grapefruits imbued with bready, yeasty notes and a pleasant, tannic funk thanks to wild fermentation.
