Fattoria di Vaira, Vincenzo Orange, Molise, Italy
Deep golden & slightly cloudy in the glass,. with aromas of peach, pear, ripe apples & cooked plumb. Full and herbaceous on the palate. A lovely elderflower cordial leading to a more mineral finish. This wine does have a small amount of tannin due to the shot time the juice spends in contact with its skins but is perfectly balanced with the fresh acidity.
